We want you to love your Xirena pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
